JOSHUA CHEPTEGEI OF UGANDA SET FOR DOUBLE GOLD IN TOKYO

 Joshua Cheptegei of Uganda does not only come in as the favourite for both the 10000m and 5000m but he carries all the support and the love from the most loving people,Ugandans.

The nation holds him at heart and are very confident in his ability to raise the pearls flag at Tokyo .Joshua who also holds world records at both events once said the 3000m WR is not out of his reach.He is always open to running other di

stances ranging from 800m to 21km recording world class performance most often than not.The last one was a 1500m run at the Mandela national Stadium,it was led by Ronald musagala a fellow countryman and Olympian.

The who world has its focus on Uganda ,the good work being put in is paying in abundance and we expect an over flow in Tokyo.

The team is not short of world beaters like Current world champion in the Women's 800 Nakaayi Halimah and former world and Olympic champion Stephen Kiprotich.Not to say the most tactical distance runner on track in recent times in Jacob Kiplimo who also runs for the Uganda Wildlife Authority Club.

The odds are in favour of Uganda to dominate in both the men's 10Km and 5Km with the world records also in sight .
