PERUTH SPEAKS OUT ON AGNES TIROP DEATH,CLEARS AIR ON FALSE RUMORS

Peruth speaks out on Agnes Tirop death,  clears air on false rumors.

Following the death of kenyan long distance star Agnes Tirop, Ugandan Olympic steeple chase gold medalist Peruth Chemutai has opened up about the pain she feels after the loss. she says Agnes was her good friend and motivated her during the Olympics.

Peruth shared her thoughts at royal cafe in kapchorwa moments before going to a training session.

"Its too painful for me, we were eating together and joking together. At cross county in Italy she was number 2 and I was number 5".

Peruth says this is a lesson for all athletes All over the world. she called upon athletes to be on the look out and watch for any abnormalities that may lead to such. she called for self control among couples.

She has cleared the air about her husband commonly known as  Collinz and the false rumours flying around about him. This was after social media claims that he is insecure and wants to control her.Peruth says  he is a good man and a good husband. "He supports me and gives me encouragement. He is even aware that am headed for training right now" . we are okay and nobody should follow baseless claims.

Peruth will attend the burial of Agnes Tirop with an athletics team from Uganda.
